These Terms & Conditions govern your use of rp555. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility
To open and use an rp555 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

- You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Corporate entities may not register as players.

rp555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is entitled to hold exactly one rp555 account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your rp555 account credentials.
- You must keep your login credentials (mobile number and password) strictly confidential. rp555 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your rp555 account, you must notify rp555 support immediately using the contact details provided in the footer of this page. rp555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
- Duplicate accounts — multiple accounts registered by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rp555 may void all bets placed from those accounts, close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held within them.
- rp555 uses SSL encryption to protect all account data and transactions. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device and browser you use to access rp555 are secure and free from malware.
- rp555 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. This may include submission of a government-issued ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
rp555 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Bangladesh players. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank and Islami Bank. - All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. rp555 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier section.
- rp555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and does not constitute an allegation of wrongdoing by the player.
- rp555 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees independently of rp555.
- All financial transactions on rp555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is the sole responsibility of that provider and is not controlled by rp555.
Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the rp555 Cashier policy. Players will be notified before any fee is applied and may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
rp555 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements. The following general conditions apply to all rp555 bonuses:
- Bonuses are only available to players who have a fully verified rp555 account and who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules

- Bets are final once confirmed. rp555 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the platform, except where a manifest error (palpable error) has occurred on the part of rp555.
- In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or voided by the relevant sporting authority, rp555 will settle affected bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
- rp555 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of price manipulation, match-fixing, insider information or any other activity intended to give a player an unfair advantage over the platform.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published within the rp555 platform and may be updated periodically. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit will not be honoured.
7. Responsible Gaming
rp555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered rp555 players and include:
- Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rp555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

- Match-fixing and insider betting — placing bets using non-public information about a sporting event, or in any way participating in or facilitating the manipulation of a sporting event's outcome.
- Fraudulent payment activity — using stolen, borrowed or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund your rp555 account, including the use of stolen bKash or Nagad account details.
- Automated betting — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated means to place bets, interact with the platform or gain an advantage that is not available to a human player interacting with the platform manually.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the rp555 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, sound files, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of rp555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rp555 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the rp555 platform without the express prior written permission of rp555.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp555 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the rp555 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
rp555 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of loss, rp555's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Amendments to These Terms
rp555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last updated" date shown at the top of the document. Where changes are material, rp555 will provide reasonable notice to registered players. Your continued use of the rp555 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
